Clearing Skies Class Policy

Clearing Skies participants (“Client”) understand that Constant Expressions, LLC, the company representing Constance Casey, will create an audio and/or video recording of the session for archival purposes. Any video recordings will depict only Constance Casey, not the client.

Clients are not permitted to record the session. However, an audio recording will be provided to clients after each class. This recording is considered part of the Class Agreement.

It is the policy of Constant Expressions, LLC that recordings provided to clients remain private and accessible only to the participants. While clients may share the content of the recording with family and friends, the recordings shall not be shared or posted by the client on any form of public media or forum, including but not limited to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, personal websites, or other public platforms, without express prior permission from Constant Expressions, LLC.

Constant Expressions, LLC retains the right to use any information delivered by Constance Casey during sessions at its sole discretion. When such information is used, Constant Expressions, LLC guarantees that it will act in good faith to protect the client’s privacy. Information from recorded private sessions may be utilized in a generalized manner to safeguard the client’s identity. However, the client’s voice may be included in such uses.

Ownership or possession of any physical or digital media—such as DVDs, CDs, audio files, downloads, video streams, or other recorded formats—does not grant the client copyright ownership, legal ownership, or any claim to Constance Casey’s information, image, or voice as presented in the recording.

Any derivative use by the client of Constance Casey’s information, voice, image, or materials—such as logos or ancillary items owned by Constant Expressions, LLC—without prior written permission from Constant Expressions, LLC is strictly prohibited.

Clients warrant that they have full legal authority to agree to this policy and acknowledge that its terms are legally binding.

By scheduling and attending a session with Constance Casey, the client expressly agrees to fully abide by the terms of this policy.
